A Turkomenm women was killed today 9 October by his brother. According to Kirkuk Police, the woman resident of Taza sub-district in Kirkuk was killed by his brother reportedly because of honor related motives. According to the Police, the perpetrator has handed himself over to the police after killing his sister.

The woman was divorced from his husband three years ago.
