Description

A 22 year woman killed on 17 August 2010 in Raparin neighborhood of Erbil. The woman was earlier accused of adultery and jailed. After being released she had no shelter as her husband did not want her back. After she was released, the woman was received by Heartland Alliance on 27 May 2010 and was handed over to a shelter. Afterward she had reportedly requested to go out of the shelter as she was under psychological stress.
